Good populace, please take a moment to see what you might like to bring to the potluck at our medieval holiday party. THe list can be found here.
Call for entries for the Baronial A&S Display!
Show off your latest creations or your current study obsession. If you're wearing it, just leave a card with what it is that says to see you. Also, it need not be a tangible thing! Are you really into early astrology and divination? Do you have impeccable table manners for an Angelo-Saxon? Can you tell us the signs farmers looked for to know it was safe to plant their seeds? If so, do a little write-up and maybe bring some source materials for us to peruse. It counts! Even a work-in-progress can be put in the display. We want to see your works!
Auction of Desirable Things Silent Auction
Come one come all to bid on many desirable goods. Remember to bring your pocketbook as you may take away a number of great treasures for a real steal of a cost. This year there will be a number of archery bows of all shapes and sizes, as well as many other surprising gems. All proceeds go to support our local Barony. Hope to see you there, your treasures await.
From the Master of Cookies

Once again at Baronial Twelfth Night on January 18th, we will search for the finest bakers of cookies in the Kingdom.

Those who wish to compete should bring a large sampling for the populace and a separate plate of ten cookies to be set aside for judging. All cookies will be open for the populace judging throughout the day. Submissions will be accepted starting at 10:00 and judging will begin at 11:00 and continue until 4:00.

This year, pending availability, Their Excellencies, Brandubh, and Hilderun, will pick their winners. If the King and Queen of Fools are selected early enough, they too will be judges. Please remember that Maistir Brandubh requires gluten-free selections and there are others in our Barony that have similar restrictions. Should we be joined by any "special guests," they may be asked to serve.

There will be a populace's choice as well-judged the same way the pie contest was run at last Barony Meeting by dropping beans as votes for the cookie of choice.

Please include a recipe if you wish and any nutritional information to protect our Barony.
