Second Course:
Roast chicken, with peacock sauce, mushrooms, squash

Third Course:
Beef Brisket, with Orange and cinnamon sauce, a thick soup of eggs with milk, broccoli

Dessert Course:
Zabaglione, fresh fruit, shortbread
