Baronial Gathering (Meeting) September 11, 2021 – 11 am – Pioneer Park

Greetings good gentles,

As we prepare for our first Barony Gathering since the time of the long rest, I’d like to offer some reminders on our ways. I know many of us have forgotten things that were once second nature.

Pack sunscreen, bugs spray, comfortable chairs, your mask for visiting the indoor restrooms during the time of the pandemic, your personal snacks, and anything else you might require for your comfort along with something to keep your hands busy while we visit.

You will be required to sign in but the meeting is otherwise free of charge!

This is a garb optional day, come to be comfortable.

THL Elss of Augsburg will be setting up a portal to the Known World Cooks and Scribes “Aethereal” Event! [Virtual Classroom]

There will be a garb (and stuff) exchange for those members who have recently joined us and once they have had an opportunity, it will be opened to all.

If you have a recently empty scroll case, please bring it with you, our scribe would be happy to see it put to good use!

Her Excellency Hilderun will be holding court in the afternoon.

The site will open at 11 AM and the day will officially be over at 7 PM.

If anyone has an announcement, please email me and let me know so that I can add you to the agenda. seneschal@debatablelands.org.

**Please remember that the SCA policy is that anyone between the ages of 2 and 12 or those who are not vaccinated against COVID 19 must wear a mask unless eating or drinking and maintain social distance.

Anyone regardless of vaccine status must wear a mask when indoors; this includes using the restroom.**

I look forward to seeing all of you soon.
